Description
In 1936, Duncan Barbour, a keen motorcyclist himself, developed the Barbour International, a waxed cotton suit designed specifically for use in the 1936 International Six Day Trails.
This iconic jacket became a market leader in motorcycling clothing up to the late 1970's and as well as endurance motorcycling, was worn in other areas of motorcycle sport too; by army motorcycle teams and 14 different police forces.
