Wax Jackets

All Barbour wax jackets come with their own care leaflet. It is  ultimately important that you follow the manufacturer care instructions on each jacket. Wax Jackets cannot be washed you can only only sponge down the outside of the of the jacket with plain water to remove dirt. Check your wax jacket regularly for signs of the wax drying in areas such as arm creases, pockets areas of jacket that get extra wear.  Use Barbour Thornproof dressing to re-proof areas of your jacket.

The jacket can also be returned to Barbour for a complete complete re-wax if required.  Always hang the jacket in an airy place where it can dry naturally away from direct heat
